Donaldson Co. Names Pogalz CFO, Succeeding Robinson

Donaldson Co. on Tuesday named Brad Pogalz its next chief financial officer effective Nov. 1, succeeding Scott Robinson, who gave notice of his retirement on Friday

Pogalz, 49, has held multiple roles since joining the manufacturer of filtration systems and replacement parts. Since November 2022 he has been vice president of finance, overseeing global financial planning and analysis and finances in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Robinson, who will step down as CFO on Thursday, plans to retire from the company effective Dec. 6.

After he steps down and prior to his departure, Robinson will continue to receive his current base salary, and he will be entitled to a prorated payout of his annual cash incentive award.
