Donaldson Company (DCI) said late Tuesday it appointed Brad Pogalz to succeed Scott Robinson as chief financial officer after his retirement, effective Oct. 31.
The company said Robinson will remain in an advisory role through Dec. 6 and work closely with Pogalz to ensure a smooth transition.
Pogalz currently serves as the company's vice president of global financial planning and analysis.
