Inspur Electronic Information Industry (SHE:000977) attributable profit rose 51% to 697.3 million yuan in the third quarter from 461.5 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Earnings per share at the information technology infrastructure products company increased 69% to 0.4737 yuan from 0.2802 yuan a year earlier.
Operating income grew 76% to 41.1 billion yuan from 23.3 billion yuan in the prior-year period.
Shares rose 4% during Thursday's trading.
