Origin Energy's Australia Pacific LNG Revenue Grows 12% in September Quarter

Origin Energy's (ASX:ORG) Australia Pacific LNG revenue rose 12% year on year to AU$2.64 billion in the September quarter from AU$2.35 billion in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The average realized liquefied petroleum gas price reached $11.95 per million British thermal units during the quarter, a 3% increase on the same period a year ago. The average realized domestic gas price was $9.59 per gigajoule, an 18% surge year on year.

Production dropped 1% to 173.5 petajoules from 174.9 petajoules a year earlier.

Origin Energy's shares closed up almost 1% Thursday.
