Gilat Satellite Networks (GILT) said Wednesday it received contracts worth about $5 million from various US-based defense organizations for its satellite communications technologies and services.
The orders cover X, Ku, and Ka-band Block Upconverters for communications-on-the-move systems, along with test and evaluation, repair, upgrades and engineering services, and field service, the company said.
Gilat said it expects the orders to be delivered in the coming months.
The company's shares were up 3.7% in recent trading.
