Lockheed Martin (LMT) said Wednesday it has completed the acquisition of Terran Orbital (LLAP) and its Tyvak International unit.
The two parties previously collaborated on projects including Space Development Agency programs and Lockheed Martin's technology demonstrations, the defense technology company added.
The deal was first announced in August under which Lockheed agreed to acquire Terran Orbital for an enterprise value of about $450 million.
