Talga Group's CFO to Step Down as Role Transfers to Europe; Shares Rally 4%

Talga Group (ASX:TLG) Chief Financial Officer Melissa Roberts will step down on Dec. 31 amid a transfer of various corporate functions to Sweden, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Roberts will guide the transition to appoint a Sweden-based finance director by early next year.

The move was made as the company advances a final investment decision for the Vittangi anode project in Sweden, the filing said.

In February, Chief Executive Martin Philips moved to Sweden from Australia to help strengthen the European team, the filing added.

Talga's shares rallied past 4% in recent Friday trade.
