Verra Mobility (VRRM) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $0.32 per diluted share, up from $0.29 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.32.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 rose to $225.6 million from $209.9 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $226.6 million.
For 2024, the company continues to expect adjusted EPS at the upper-end of $1.15 to $1.20 range and revenue at the upper-end of $865 million to $880 million. The consensus is for $1.20 and $880.5 million, respectively.
For 2025, Verra Mobility expects revenue growth at the low end of its long-term 6% to 8% range, it said.
