Brazilian Rare Earths' (ASX:BRE) shares and American depositary receipts (ADR) started trading on the OTCQX market, effective Thursday, to expand its reach in North American capital markets, according to a Friday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
No new shares have been issued in connection with the program or inclusion on the OTCQX, the filing said.
Each ADR represents five ASX-listed Brazilian Rare Earths ordinary shares.
The company's shares rose past 1% in recent Friday trade in Australia.
