Big Tree Cloud Holdings said that three of its independent directors had resigned for personal reasons.

The departures of board members Yifan He, Yanjie Zhu and Fengxin Zhang was effective Thursday, the company said.

They were replaced by Guo Ren, Jiahe Liao and Munwah Wan. All three were appointed to the audit, corporate governance and compensation committees.

"The departing directors' resignations are not a result of any disagreement with the board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the company," the company said.

Big Tree Cloud was founded in 2020 and is focused on the development, production and sale of personal care products along with other consumer goods in China.
