Sprinklr has hired former Vonage top executive Rory Read as the customer-experience-management platform's new president and chief executive.
Sprinklr on Tuesday said founder Ragy Thomas, who has been serving as co-CEO with Trac Pham, will remain chairman and serve as an adviser to Read, while Pham will remain in an advisory role until Nov. 15.
Read, 62 years old, was CEO of cloud-communications company Vonage from July 2020 to March 2024 and also served as senior vice president at Ericsson, which acquired Vonage in 2022.
Sprinklr said Read will receive an initial annual base salary of $675,000, a sign-on bonus of $3 million and an annual cash bonus with a target of 100% of his base pay.
The company said Thomas, who founded Sprinklr in 2009, will continue to receive an annual base salary of $500,000 and an annual bonus with a target of 100% of his base pay.
