Trendlines Group (SGX: 42T) completed the first tranche of its proposed subscription, issuing new shares at SG$0.06 each, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The subscription increased the company's total shares to 1.09 billion from 1.02 billion.
Notably, certain subscribers, including Rich Silverstein and Meyer Jeger, were excluded from this tranche. The shares will rank equally with existing shares, excluding specific restrictions for US investors.
