STMicroelectronics (STM) said Thursday it has entered into a 21-year power purchase agreement with BKH Solar, an entity jointly established by ENGIE Renewable SEA and Conextone Energy.
Financial details of the agreement weren't disclosed.
The agreement is to facilitate supply of about 50 GWh of renewable energy annually from a new solar farm in Malaysia, where STMicroelectronics operates a large-volume test and assembly site, the company said.
