Jackson Announces Fourth Quarter 2024 Common and Preferred Stock Dividends

LANSING, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--November 06, 2024-- 

Jackson Financial Inc.(1) (Jackson$(R)$) announced its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.70 per share of common stock (NYSE: JXN) for the fourth quarter of 2024. The dividend on the common stock will be payable on December 19, 2024, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on December 5, 2024.

The Company also announced the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.50 per depositary share (NYSE: JXN PR A), each representing a 1/1,000th interest in a share of Fixed-Rate Reset Noncumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A. The dividend will be payable on December 30, 2024, to depositary shareholders of record at the close of business on December 5, 2024.
