BERWYN, Pa., Nov. 8, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of AMETEK, Inc. $(AME)$ declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2024.

This fourth quarter dividend is payable December 20, 2024 to shareholders of record as of December 6, 2024.
