Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Clinches $11.6 Billion Orders; Shares Surge 7%

Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (SGX:BS6) bagged orders worth $11.64 billion as of Nov. 7, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The company also delivered 57 units during the period, the filing said.

Meanwhile, the orderbook came in at $22.14 billion as of Nov. 7, climbing from $14.48 billion as of end-2023.

Shares of the shipbuilder surged nearly 7% in recent trading.
