Global Business Travel Q3 Loss Widens, Revenue Rises; 2024 Revenue Guidance Updated

Global Business Travel Group (GBTG) reported a Q3 loss Tuesday of $0.28 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $0.02 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.08.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $597 million, up from $571 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $613.5 million.

For 2024, the company said it now expects revenue in the range of $2.42 billion to $2.44 billion, compared with $2.43 billion to $2.50 billion, previously. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $2.44 billion.
