Elme Communities (ELME) reported Q3 core funds from operations late Monday of $0.23 per diluted share, down from $0.24 a year earlier.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $61.1 million, up from $56.7 million a year earlier.
Four analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $60.2 million.
The company said it narrowed its full-year 2024 guidance for core FFO to $0.92 to $0.94 per diluted share, compared with $0.91 to $0.95 previously.
