Gartner (IT) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $2.50 per share, down from $2.56 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $2.37.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sept.30 was $1.48 billion, up from $1.41 billion a year earlier.
That result matched the average estimate of analysts surveyed by Capital IQ.
The company said it now expects full-year 2024 adjusted EPS of $11.75, compared with the previous forecast of $11.05. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $11.64.
The company raised its full-year 2024 revenue forecast to $6.23 billion from the previous estimate of $6.20 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $6.23 billion.
