** Shares of software co Informatica INFA.N down 5.2% at $25.75 early Fri on secondary offering

** Co announces 16 mln shares sold by private equity fund Permira and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) at $25.50

** Offering prices at 5.9% discount to stock's Thurs close

** CPPIB sold ~9.1 mln shares, taking its stake to 35.51%, while Permira offloaded the balance, reducing its ownership to ~27%, per SEC prospectus filing

** INFA has ~305.37 mln shares outstanding

** Goldman Sachs lead bookrunner for offering

** With move on Fri, INFA shares down ~9% YTD and well off 2024 peak of $39.80 hit in Apr
