Platt Nera International's Subsidiary Enters MOU to Acquire Stake in Software Company

Platt Nera International's (HKG:1949) subsidiary Baida Investment signed a memorandum of understanding with Guangzhou Zhuoer Jewelry Industry Investment and Haikou Zhuoer Jewelry regarding the acquisition of equity interests in Ganzhou Zhuoer, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Under the MOU, the vendors plan to sell or procure the sale of all or part of their equity interest in the target company, and the purchaser, Baida Investment, plans to acquire them.

The target, an advanced information technologies solutions provider, is set to deliver such solutions to an industrial park. The company seeks to enter into software operations in China with this transaction.
