Verint Systems (VRNT) said Tuesday that it has won an $11 million contract with a bank for its artificial intelligence-powered Agent Copilot Bot.
The AI bot will be used by the bank's contact center agents, who handle around 400 million minutes of customer calls each year. It is designed to listen to calls and offer agents real-time coaching and guidance, the company said.
After a pilot run before awarding the contract, the bank anticipates to save tens of millions of dollars annually with the use of the bot, the company added.
