Brookfield Infrastructure Partners (BIP) reported Q3 funds from operations Wednesday of $0.76 per unit, up from $0.73 a year earlier.
Three analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.77.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $5.27 billion, compared with $4.49 billion a year earlier.
One analyst polled by Capital IQ expected $1.90 billion.
The company said it has retained its quarterly dividend at $0.405 per unit, payable Dec.31 to shareholders of record as of Nov.29.
