CDL Hospitality Trusts (SGX:J85) completed the acquisition of UK-based Hotel Indigo Exeter for a total consideration of 19.4 million pounds or SG$33.2 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Following the acquisition, the trust's portfolio now has 21 properties, including 4,924 hotel rooms, 352 apartment units and a retail mall.
