Nov 7 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Thursday:

** Ayvens AYV.PA, the car leasing unit of the French bank Societe Generale SOGN.PA, is drawing interest from investment firms who are studying a potential bid for the company, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N3ME2K9

** German plastics and chemicals maker Covestro 1COV.DE said its management and supervisory boards support Abu Dhabi National Oil Company's $(ADNOC.AU)$ $16.3 billion takeover offer. nFWN3ME0W1

** A bid by Italy's third-largest bank Banco BPM BAMI.MI to acquire full control of fund manager Anima Holding ANIM.MI sent shares of both soaring. nL1N3ME0JM

** Norway's Equinor EQNR.OL said it has agreed to buy Sval Energi's 11.8% stake in the ongoing offshore development Halten East Unit in the Norwegian Sea, increasing the company's ownership to 69.5%. nL8N3ME0WV

** The Australian competition regulator cleared privately owned pharmacy chain Chemist Warehouse's reverse takeover of Sigma Healthcare SIG.AX, paving the way to create an A$8.8 billion ($5.78 billion) entity after a year-long wait. nL4N3MD3GW

** Avid Bioservices CDMO.O said on Wednesday that it would be acquired by funds managed by GHO Capital Partners and Ampersand Capital Partners in a deal valued at about $1.1 billion. nL4N3MD3JP
