Roper Technologies raised its quarterly dividend by 10%, keeping up a long streak of increasing its payout.
The Sarasota, Fla.-based software company on Wednesday declared a cash dividend of 82.5 cents a share, up from its prior payout of 75 cents a share.
The new payout, equal to $3.30 a year, represents an annual yield of 0.6% based on Tuesday's closing price of $542.70.
Roper said it had raised its annual dividend for 32 consecutive years. The new dividend will yield 30 cents more per share every year, the company said.
Roper last raised its dividend about a year ago, when it also lifted the payout 10%.
