Net Income attributable to INNOVATE was $6.2 million, compared to $10.8 million for the prior year quarter. Adjusted EBITDA decreased to $20.9 million from $30.8 million in the prior year quarter.\nDespite the fact that projects have not yet been released, bidding activity in the commercial market remains strong.
