Intraco Launches Digital Commercial Papers for Retail Investors

Intraco (SGX:I06) has launched its first digital commercial paper series for retail investors, the SGD CP Series 001 Tokens (Retail), with a 98-day tenor and a 3.85% annual interest rate, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The company aims to raise up to SG$1 million, with a minimum subscription of SG$1,000 per token. The offer closes on Nov. 28.

Intraco also launched its 12th series of SGD-denominated (SGD CP Series 012) and 8th series of USD-denominated (USD CP Series 008) digital commercial papers for accredited and institutional investors.

These offerings, with 35-day tenors, offer 4% and 6% annual interest rates, respectively, aiming to raise up to SG$15 million. The offer closes on Nov. 21.
