Yunnan Botanee Bio-Technology's Parent, Shareholder to Divest Stake

Yunnan Botanee Bio-Technology Group's (SHE:300957) controlling shareholder, Kunming Nona Technology, and another shareholder, Xiamen Zhenli Consulting, plan to reduce their holdings in the company to fund their own capital needs, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Sunday.

Both companies will each divest up to 6.7 million shares or 1.6% within three months, starting Dec. 3 this year until March 2, 2025.

Currently, Nona Technology owns 421.3 million shares or 46% of the Chinese skin care and cosmetics manufacturer. Xiamen Zhenli Consulting holds 27.7 million shares or 6.6% of the company, the disclosure said.

Botanee's shares fell less than 2% in recent trade.
