Clarity Medical Group (HKG:1406) said the bankruptcy petition filed against its executive director, Tse Wai Ip, in the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region by Mok Chi Yuk was withdrawn on Oct. 29, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The petition was scheduled for the initial hearing on Sept. 17, which was adjourned by the court to Oct. 29.
The company had declared to have no liability towards the petition and the petition was a private matter between the individuals.
The ophthalmic consultation and treatment services provider's shares closed over 1% lower on Tuesday.
