Stamford Land (SGX:H07) booked a profit attributable to owners of SG$15.2 million for the half-year ended Sept. 30 from an attributable loss of SG$14.6 million in the year-ago period, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Friday.
Earnings per share came in at SG$0.0101 compared to loss per share of SG$0.0098 in the comparable period.
Revenue was down 4.3% to SG$70.1 million from SG$73.2 million in the year-ago period, mainly due to lower revenue from the hotel owning and management segment and lower sale of properties.
