Two Harbors Investment Names Travis Swenson Chief Financial Officer

Two Harbors Investment has hired Travis Swenson as the real-estate investment trust's next chief financial officer.

Two Harbors on Tuesday said Swenson, who most recently served as finance chief of Colliers Mortgage Holdings, is joining the St. Louis Park, Minn., company as deputy chief financial officer and will become take the top finance post on May 5, 2025.

Two Harbors said William Dellal, who stepped in as interim chief financial officer earlier this year after Mary Riskey retired, will resign from the role on that date.

Two Harbors said Swenson, 46 years old, will receive an annual base salary of $450,000 and a cash signing bonus of $150,000.
