Digital Ally (DGLY) shares were down 8.7% in recent trading Friday after the company terminated the agreement to merge its Kustom Entertainment unit with Clover Leaf.
Digital Ally, Clover Leaf, CL Merger Sub, purchaser representative and Kustom Entertainment entered into a mutual termination and release agreement on Thursday, according to Digital Ally.
The companies agreed to the merger transaction in June that estimated Kustom Entertainment at an equity value of $125 million.
