Strattec Security (STRT) appointed Matthew Pauli as chief financial officer, effective Wednesday.
Pauli replaces Dennis Bowe, who will remain in an advisory capacity during the transition, the company said Monday in a statement.
Pauli most recently was the executive adviser and CFO of CentroMotion.
