On Nov. 11, Hong Kong's High Court adjourned the scheduled Nov. 14 hearing for the winding-up application for China Evergrande Group (HKG:3333), according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Bourse.
The court said the hearing will likely take place not before Feb. 20, 2025, according to the filing. The court will also issue instructions for those interested in joining the hearings or becoming a party to the case.
Trading in the company's shares remain suspended until further notice.
