EIP boosts stake in Eni's Plenitude to 10%, valuing unit at more than €10B

Eni (NYSE:E) said Monday it agreed to sell an additional stake in its Plenitude renewables unit to Energy Infrastructure Partners, lifting the Swiss asset manager's holding to 10%.
