China National Nuclear Power (SHA:601985) plans to acquire a wind power project from Harbin Jiuzhou's (SHE:300040) unit, Harbin Jiuzhou Energy Investment, for 448 million yuan, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Wednesday.
Tailai County Jiuzhou Wind Power, which is located in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, has an installed capacity of 100 megawatts, the power company said.
China National Nuclear Power will acquire the project through its subsidiary, China National Nuclear Power (Heilongjiang) Energy, the filing said.
The company's shares rose less than 3% in recent trade.
