Integral Ad Science Swings to Q3 Net Income, Revenue Increases; 2024 Revenue Outlook Lowered

Integral Ad Science Holding (IAS) reported Q3 net income late Tuesday of $0.10 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.09 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected earnings of $0.07.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $133.5 million, up from $120.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $138.1 million.

For Q4, the media measurement platform expects revenue of $148 million to $150 million. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $155.7 million.

For 2024, the company has lowered its revenue guidance to between $525 million to $527 million, down from the previous projection of $538 million to $544 million. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $535.2 million.

Shares of the company fell 6.9% in Tuesday's after-hours activity.
