Tyler Technologies (TYL) signed a multi-year agreement with CourtCall to enhance remote and hybrid court hearing capabilities, CourtCall said Thursday.
The collaboration integrates CourtCall's Remote Collaboration Platform with Tyler's court case management systems, Enterprise Justice and Municipal Justice, allowing courts to conduct virtual hearings with secure video, audio, and AI-powered features like transcription and e-signature, CourtCall said.
The partnership aims to streamline court workflows, reduce in-person courthouse visits, and provide flexible, scalable virtual justice services for the public, it added.
