Halliburton to Open Facilities in Namibia

Halliburton (HAL) said Wednesday it is opening new facilities in Namibia totaling 20,000 square meters to provide services to the country's oil and gas industry.

The facilities will be located in Windhoek, Walvis Bay, Swakopmund and Luderitz, offering cementing, drilling, well completion, testing and other services.

The facilities are expected to employ up to 200 Namibians, the company said.
