SET TO SHINE NEAR-TERM

** Bernstein ("outperform," PT: $120) says direct-to-consumer$(DTC.AU)$ is becoming the 'silver lining' of the DIS story and the catalyst for DIS in the near term

** Barclays ("overweight," PT: $125) says DTC is likely to be the biggest growth driver over the next couple of years

** "Company’s guidance seems to be baking in some degree of conservativeness in certain segments that should help achieve its stated goals" - Barclays

** Piper Sandler ("neutral," PT: $115) says, "overall, it appears the pieces are starting to come together across the business, but we prefer to wait for another quarter of execution before getting constructive"

** J.P.Morgan ("overweight," PT: $128) says the FY25 guidance reduces risks in the areas where the brokerage was most concerned about while allowing potential for gains where it has greater confidence

** "We continue to like the medium-term story for DIS" - JPM
