Stocks to Watch Friday: Tesla, Domino's, Palantir, Ulta -- WSJ

Tesla $(TSLA)$: President-elect Donald Trump plans to nix a $7,500 tax credit for electric-vehicle purchases, Reuters reported. Shares of Elon Musk's EV company inched lower in premarket trading.

Palantir Technologies $(PLTR)$: The tech company said it would move its listing to the Nasdaq from the New York Stock Exchange, and expects to be eligible for the Nasdaq-100 index. Shares rose ahead of the open.

Domino's Pizza $(DPZ)$: Shares jumped premarket after Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway disclosed it had built a stake in the pizza chain.

Ulta Beauty $(ULTA)$: Berkshire said it had sold shares of the cosmetics chain. They fell more than 5% before the bell.

AST SpaceMobile $(ASTS)$: Shares lost altitude, falling more than 10% premarket, after the space-based cellular network developer said losses widened last quarter as it ramped up satellite launches. The company is both a rival and a partner to Musk's SpaceX.

GSK (UK:GSK, GSK), AstraZeneca (UK:AZN, AZN) and Sanofi (FR:SAN, SNY): Shares of major European pharma companies fell, mirroring declines for U.S. vaccine-makers on Thursday, after Trump picked vaccine-skeptic Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as health secretary.

Alibaba $(BABA)$: Earnings from the U.S.-listed Chinese e-commerce company are due before the market opens.

Applied Materials $(AMAT)$: Shares fell premarket after the semiconductor-equipment company posted a weaker-than-expected quarterly sales outlook.
