Japan Foods (SGX:5OI, TYO:2599) swung to a loss of SG$1.6 million in the half-year ended Sept. 30 from a profit of SG$81,000 in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The food and beverage company swung to a loss per share of SG$0.94 from earnings per share of SG$0.05 in the previous year.
Revenue grew 1.1% to SG$43.4 million from about SG$43 million a year earlier.
