Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A, BRK.B) bought stock in Domino's Pizza (DPZ) and Pool (POOL) during Q3, a Thursday filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission showed.
This comes as Chairman Warren Buffett cut back long-held investments in stocks such as Apple (AAPL) and Bank of America (BAC).
Berkshire now owns 1.3 million shares in Domino's worth about $549.4 million as of Sept. 30, as well as 404,057 shares in Pool worth about $152.2 million, according to the filing.
Following Berkshire's disclosures, Domino's shares rose more than 7% and Pool shares climbed over 6% in recent Friday premarket activity.
