Lenovo Group (HKG:0992) reported a profit attributable to equity holders of $359 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30, a 44% increase compared with $249 million in the previous year's quarter, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share were $0.0278, compared with $0.0199 a year ago.
Revenue for the quarter was $17.85 billion, a 24% increase from $14.41 billion in the prior-year period.
The company declared an interim dividend of HK$0.085 for the six months ended Sept. 30, higher than last year's HK$0.080. The dividend will be paid Dec. 12 to shareholders on record as of Nov. 29.
