SATS's current share price likely has limited downside, due to its proactive share buybacks, UOB Kay Hian analyst Roy Chen writes in a note. The in-flight caterer and ground handler looks poised for a strong 3Q FY 2025 after its 1H core performance beat expectations, he says. SATS expects the positive momentum to continue, as travel and cargo demand reaches its seasonal year-end peak, Chen says. The brokerage raises its FY 2025 core earnings estimates for SATS by 2% to S$277 million to reflect the 1H FY 2025 results beat. UOB KH also increases the stock's target price to S$4.30 from S$4.00, and maintains a buy rating. Shares last at S$3.73.(amanda.lee@wsj.com)
