The Shaanxi Meibang Pharmaceutical Group (SHA:605033) board has decided to terminate the issuance of the company's convertible corporate bonds to unspecified entities.
The move is still subject to approval by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, according to a Wednesday filing with the bourse.
Shares of the pesticide producer closed 3% lower Thursday.
