1256 ET - Intuitive Machines remains firmly ahead of its two competitors, Lunar Outpost and Venturi Astrolab, in a vendor bake-off for Phase 2 of NASA's Lunar Terrain Vehicle program, B. Riley analysts say in a research note. The space exploration company is gearing up to begin testing of a second mobile mock-up for the delivery and integration phase of the program, which could add $200 million to $300 million in annual revenue in 2026 and 2027, the analysts say. They like Intuitive Machines' chances of making it through Phase 2 and don't expect any surprises from a preliminary design review of the company's heavy cargo class lander, which would be used to transport its lunar terrain vehicle, the analysts say.
