** Shares of vaccine makers tumbled at the end of Thursday's trading session as U.S. President-elect Donald Trump selected Robert F Kennedy Jr to head the Department of Health and Human Services
** BioNTech BNTX.O, Moderna MRNA.O, Pfizer PFE.N, GSK GSK.N and Sanofi SNY.O ended down between 2.1% and 7.1%
** Kennedy has made false medical claims, including that vaccines are linked to autism
** In after hours trading, the share price movement among the drugmakers was more muted
** Kennedy has also vowed to reduce the dominance of ultra-processed foods; shares of Sysco SYY.N dropped 2% for the day and Kraft Heinz KHC.O> fell 1%, while PepsiCo PEP.O pared earlier to end up 0.2%
