PulteGroup's board has raised the homebuilder's quarterly dividend by 10%, to 22 cents from 20 cents.
The new payout, equal to 88 cents a year, represents an annual yield of about 0.69% based on Wednesday's closing price of $127.48, up from 0.63%.
The Atlanta company on Thursday said the increased dividend is payable Jan. 3 to shareholders of record Dec. 17.
